Explanation
A retractor system that pushes the wound edges downwards during abdominal surgeries and allows the surgery area to be seen more easily.
There is a retractor on both sides of the part of this device that contacts the patient. These retractors are connected to each other with a gear system and they move at the same distance both outside and inside. They are adjusted and fixed at the desired opening. This retractor part is connected to the operating table with a mechanism, and it lowers the wound edges by pressing down with the help of a lever arm. Thus, the operating field is seen much better and movements become easier.
